A vehicle fire has slowed traffic on Highway 99 in Richmond in the early part of the Monday afternoon rush hour.
The car fire has since been put out, but traffic is blocked from using the right lane on Highway 99 northbound, just south of Blundell Road.
Northbound traffic is down to single lane and is backed up to the north end of the George Massey Tunnel.
