More than 85 per cent of people responded to a Richmond News poll saying they always vote during elections, specifically in the 2025 Canadian Federal Election.
Around seven per cent said, this time around, they will be voting, while just about three per cent say they never vote.
Meanwhile, just under two per cent of people said they will vote depending on the weather, while another two per cent did not know an election was taking place.
The federal election is taking place on Monday, April 28.
Advance polls, which happened over the Easter long weekend from April 18 to 21, saw a "record number" of around 7.3 million Canadians casting their ballots, according to Elections Canada on X.
On election day, polls will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The poll ran from March 28 to April 22. Of the 894 votes, we can determine that 369 are from within the community. The full results are as follows:
