A Richmond elementary school is the latest in the city to be flagged for a COVID-19 exposure by Vancouver Coastal Health.
The health authority says on its school exposures webpage that there was an exposure at Henry Anderson elementary on Dec. 15.
“Exposures occur when a case of COVID-19 was present in school during their infectious period. In the vast majority of cases, there is no transmission in the school setting,” reads VCH’s school exposures webpage.
Exposures also occurred recently at Steveston-London secondary (Dec. 17 to 18), McKay elementary (Dec. 10 to 11, Dec. 14 and Dec. 16 to 18), Cambie secondary (Dec. 14 to 15) and Mitchell elementary (Dec. 7 to 10).
