Wednesday morning traffic in East Richmond is heavily congested due to a crash that appeared to involve three vehicles.
According to a social media post, the crash took place around 10:30 a.m. in the westbound left lane on Highway 91 before the S-curve.

The Richmond News saw three vehicles in the westbound left lane awaiting assistance.
