Eastbound traffic in East Richmond is heavily congested due to a multi-vehicle incident that occurred on Tuesday afternoon.
According to a post on social media platform X, a four-car collision between No. 6 and 7 roads on Highway 91 was reported shortly after 1 p.m.
Emergency services are on scene and both eastbound lanes are currently blocked.
Vehicles are still able to pass on the shoulder, according to DriveBC, but drivers are asked to pass with caution.
Drivers should expect major delays and plan for alternate routes.
