Jaeden Dela Torre, the NDP candidate for Steveston-Richmond East will take part in the Global Climate Strike tomorrow, whereby students will skip classes to take part in a rally to raise awareness about climate change.
His other campaign plans include taking part in Monday’s all-candidates meeting, put on by the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. This will take place at the Gaming Stadium, 4211 No. 3 Rd.
Joe Peschisolido, incumbent MP for Steveston-Richmond East who is seeking re-election, held a fundraiser this week. He will also attend the chamber all-candidates meeting on Monday.
