A sushi restaurant and bar serving hand rolls has just opened in Richmond.

Hello Nori officially opened on Friday inside CF Richmond Centre at the west entrance across from Uniqlo.

This is the restaurant's third outpost in Metro Vancouver with its other locations on Vancouver's Robson Street and at Brentwood Mall.

The restaurant specializes in hand roll sushi served at a bar-like table.

Its menu includes a variety of seafood and vegetarian hand roll fillings such as Ora King salmon, bluefin tuna, eel, snow crab, truffle lobster, cucumber and pickled vegetables.

Its menu prices for hand roll sets range from $21 to $33.

Hello Nori also serves aburi oshi (torched) sushi and a list of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.

The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
