Richmond football product Bobby Singh has the distinction of being the only pro player to have won a Super Bowl (St. Louis Rams), XFL Championship (Los Angeles Xtreme), and Grey Cup (B.C. Lions). But his success has not been limited to the gridiron. Singh is now a budding entrepreneur, running a successful commercial cleaning business, and is dipping into real estate development in the Lower Mainland. He is active in various volunteer and community projects, including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Vancouver, the Zajac Ranch for Children, the Richmond Raiders Minor Football Association, and is the founder of the non-profit football camp Down Set Hut Football. And from 2005 to 2007, Singh was elected as a Richmond school trustee.
Best public landmark:
The Olympic Oval. The city has done an outstanding job with the ROX (Richmond Olympic Experience) and making the Oval a year-round experience and not just a post-Olympic venue.
