Kids of all ages celebrated the B.C. Family Day holiday at the Richmond Children’s Arts Festival in and around the Richmond Cultural Centre on Monday with a variety of events, including a huge cupcake flag to mark the city’s first, official party to mark Canada’s 150th anniversary.
