The popular pop-up, Kwantlen St. Farmers Market is extending its season until Dec. 15.
The weekly market, which runs every Tuesday from noon to 4 p.m. at Brighouse Park, was due to close for the season this week.
The market, which is running for its sixth year, offers student-grown produce from Kwantlen Polytechnic University’s Sustainable Agriculture Program as well as other products from community vendors.
Until the BC CDC lifts restrictions on products such as soap, jewelry, crafts and live entertainment, the market will focus on consumable products only.
All markets in B.C. operate under these same guidelines, and implement a "shop-don't-stop" policy to reduce gatherings in any one place.
