Steveston was a raceway, of sorts, for artists on Saturday in the 2nd Annual Grand Prix of Arts. Sixty-five artists had three hours to create a masterpiece for prize money, title and the newly dedicated trophy, the Gray Cup. This year's winner was Kerry Erickson with his street painting of Moncton Street with the bike shop. In second place was Michael Abraham and third place was Larry Tiller with honourable mention to Jim McFarland. In the youth category: First place went to Shirley Lui; second place went to Kitty Man; third place went to Emma Sun; and honourable mention to Roena Ong.Chung Chow
