(PHOTOS) Spring comes to Richmond with early cherry blossom

Whenever we see the cherry blossoms we know spring is in the air! It might look a bit damp today, but since Tuesday, March 20 —the spring equinox, we officially said goodbye to winter. Even better, cherry blossoms have been spotted around the city.
