Some classic, Canadian showmanship will be galloping through Richmond this summer, as the RCMP’s Musical Ride is scheduled to tour Metro Vancouver.
On Aug. 14 at 7:45 p.m. at Richmond's Twin Oaks Farm (13671 No. 3 Rd.), a full troop of 32 riders and their horses will perform and intricate display of figures and drills, all choreographed to music. The events typically raise thousands of dollars for local charities and non-profits, all while celebrating some of Canada’s traditions.
If you’re already booked for Aug. 14, the Musical Ride will also be in Abbotsford Aug. 3 to 5, Burnaby on Aug. 15 and Langley on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.
