The Children’s Choir of Richmond Association, which produced the sold-out musical Aladdin Jr. at Gateway Theatre in January, is recruiting young actors for its next Disney productions.
The association is looking for actors aged 10 to 15 to take part in The Little Mermaid, and those aged seven to nine for another play, Beauty and the Beast.
Actors will receive theatre training and work with experienced local directors and choreographers, on Saturdays, from April to June and again from September to November, to present the shows at the end of the year.
The program is free to those selected. Auditions will take place March 10 and 11 at the Jewish Community Centre in Vancouver.
