Collective Beauty Studio bagged the Outstanding Service Award on Thursday night, a new category introduced by the Richmond Chamber in this year’s Business Excellence Awards.

Collective Beauty has not only successfully weathered the challenges of opening during the pandemic but has also built a fiercely loyal customer base, with community involvement and an exceptional employee retention record that sets them apart in the industry.

Collective Beauty Studio is a BIPOC women-owned business that sprouted its roots in 2019, stemming from a deep foundation built on love and loyalty within its community.

The studio's essence is centred around empowering self-confidence by harnessing the transformative power of beauty, fostering collaboration, and nurturing a strong sense of community.

Under the visionary leadership of owners Brittany Nicole and Loni Yee, Collective Beauty Studio has flourished from a modest team of four to a dynamic group of 14 individuals within just five years.

As a beacon of inclusivity, the studio takes pride in providing beauty services for all individuals and boasts one of the most diverse team ensembles in Richmond.

Collective Beauty believes that beauty is a shared experience that goes beyond aesthetic transformations; it's about upliftment and empowerment.

The salon distinguishes itself through its unwavering commitment to excellence, reflected in its perfect 5-star ratings on Google and Fresha.

Co-founders, Loni and Brittany, attribute much of their success to the loyal customer base that went above and beyond to support them during the pandemic, a testament to the many happy clients who have trusted Collective Beauty Studio with their beauty needs over the years.
