On Thursday evening, Farrell Estates Ltd. was inducted into the Richmond Chamber’s Hall of Fame.

This honour is bestowed on local organizations with 25+ year histories of serving the Richmond community.

Founded nearly 60 years ago by Jim McPhail, Farrell Estates has evolved from a modest regional construction business into a multifaceted real estate enterprise.

Today, under the leadership of directors Gary and Terry McPhail, who together bring more than six decades of combined experience in real estate management, development, finance, construction and marketing, the company manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and marine properties across Canada and the United States.

Throughout its history, Farrell Estates has been committed to developing quality buildings and maintaining tenant satisfaction.

The company's growth and success are a testament to its dedication to excellence and its ability to adapt in an ever-evolving industry.

Beyond their professional achievements, the McPhail family and Farrell Estates have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to community involvement.

They have supported numerous local causes, including the Richmond Hospital Foundation, Richmond Community Foundation, Richmond Parks and Recreation and Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

As Farrell Estates celebrates its 60th anniversary, the Richmond Chamber of Commerce is honoured to induct the company into its Hall of Fame.

This recognition celebrates Farrell Estates' enduring contributions to the real estate industry and its unwavering dedication to the Richmond community.
