Herbaland competes on global entrepreneurship stage

Herbaland, a Richmond-based vitamin gummy manufacturer, was invited as the Canadian representative to the 2024 EY World Entrepreneur event earlier this month.

Aisha Yang, CEO of Herbaland, along with COO and president Musharaf Syed, were chosen as the Canadian EY Entrepreneur of the year in the fall of 2023.

This put them on a global stage to compete for the World Entrepreneur.

“These past few days have been transformative, filled with knowledge-sharing and global perspectives,” Yang said in an online post after the event.

She also congratulated the eventual winner, Vellayan Subbiah from India.

Herbaland is the largest nutritional gummy manufacturer in the world, producing and distributing 70 million bottles and pouches across 40 different countries every year.

The have five facilities and employ 200 people.
