An all-candidates meeting was held at the Minoru Centre for Active Living on Thursday.

Richmond residents who didn't get a chance to meet the candidates running in the upcoming provincial election can do so next week.

The Richmond Chamber of Commerce is hosting two virtual roundtable events with Richmond candidates in the city's four ridings.

Richmond-Centre and Richmond-Steveston candidates will be joining the chamber on Oct. 9 and candidates for Richmond-Queensborough and Richmond-Bridgeport on Oct. 11 for the events, both to take place from 12 to 1:30 p.m.

Sessions will be live-streamed on Facebook for non-members, but Chamber members will be able to participate in person.

The format of the roundtable meetings will be as follow:

  • Welcome and overview
  • Candidate introduction
  • Audience sharing and question and answer period
  • Candidate closing statements
  • Moderator's closing
