Despite yesterday’s significant snowfall, all public schools in Richmond are open today.
However, Choice private school and Kwantlen's Richmond campus are closed. Online classes for KPU are still running.
It appears that some overnight rain and rising temperatures have taken care of the worst of it on our roads, as well as city crews working through the night to clear it.
Other cities, such as Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley, Maple Ridge and Mission experienced much heavier snowfall and their public schools are closed.
