The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced a recall for a brand of Sicilian soda for possible glass in the product.
On Feb. 3, the food agency issued a Canada-wide recall that Loblaw Companies Ltd. is recalling President's Choice brand Lemon and Ginger Sicilian Soda from the market.
The recall was triggered when a consumer submitted a complaint about the product, but no injuries have been reported so far.
CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation and is removing all recalled products from the shelves.
Everyone is advised to throw out or return the recalled product to the location where it was purchased.
