Exciting News! The Richmond Auto Mall is expanding, and it will soon have the largest Toyota facility in Canada. If you are looking to buy a Toyota, this will definitely be the best spot to shop in Metro Vancouver.
This coming Thursday (Dec. 14) OpenRoad Auto Group, Toyota Canada, and City of Richmond are going to officially launch construction of Canada’s largest Toyota dealership. The groundbreaking ceremony will take place at 13100 Smallwood place in the Richmond Auto Mall at 1:30 pm.
This new dealership site will be 205,000 square foot and is expected to be complete by mid-2019. Richmond Mayor Malcolm Brodie, OpenRoad President Christian Chia, and Larry Hutchinson, President of Toyota Canada will be the first to break ground during the ceremony.
Participants include Mike Taylor, Dealer Standards Manager, Toyota Canada; Harj Gill, General Manager, OpenRoad Toyota Richmond; Mark Lin, Chief Operating Officer OpenRoad Auto Group; and Dev Walia, VP of Finance, OpenRoad Auto Group.
