An SUV was on fire on the Arthur Laing Bridge early Wednesday morning.
Vancouver Fire-Rescue Service (VFRS) responded at 7:43 a.m. to reports of a car on fire on the bridge.
Crews arrived to find the car with a fire in its engine bay.
The fire was quickly extinguished, according to VFRS, and there were no reports of injuries.
A photo posted by Lucas Gates on X shows the burning car in the southbound lane of the bridge between Vancouver and Richmond.
The fire was determined to be accidental, noted VFRS.
