Richmond City Hall’s giant tree and Winter Wonderland tree displays were lit up on Saturday.

The Rotary Club of Richmond Sunset's annual Christmas tree display is once again up at Richmond City Hall.

The rotary's annual Winter Wonderland display of decorated trees has returned indoors and outdoors and can be viewed inside the galleria until Dec. 23.

Outdoor lights are also on display at the city hall's north plaza until Jan. 2.

Each Winder Wonderland tree is sponsored by a local business, organization or individual with funds raised for the Richmond Christmas Fund.

After the event, the live trees will be planted in city parks.

Visitors are encouraged to take photos and bring along a non-perishable food item to drop-off in support of the Richmond Food Bank.
