Crash at busy Richmond intersection slowed lunch hour traffic

A crash at a busy intersection in Richmond caused traffic delays during the lunch hour.

City of Richmond traffic cameras showed at least one vehicle was involved in the smash in the eastbound lane of Francis Road at No. 2 Road.

Emergency crews attended the scene, but traffic backed up in all directions and drivers were advised to avoid the area for the time being.
