A collision on the East-West Connector in Richmond is causing delays for commuters Friday morning.
The crash is on Highway 91 eastbound before No. 7 Road, in the left lane, according to Drive BC on Twitter. Emergency crews are on scene, blocking the westbound lane.
As of about 7:20 a.m., eastbound traffic is backed up to near Jacombs Road while westbound traffic is slow from about the S-curve.
