A crash on the Oak Street Bridge is slowing down the morning commute for drivers heading out of Richmond Thursday.
The crash is at the north end of the bridge in the right lane.
Traffic along Highway 99 is slow from Highway 91, as of about 7:25 a.m.
The Knight Street Bridge is an alternate route.
