A collision in east Richmond is causing major delays on the East-West Connector on Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred on Highway 91 westbound at No. 9 Road. The left lane is blocked in both directions, according to Drive BC.
Drivers should expect heavy delays and congestion.
As of about 8:15 a.m., westbound traffic is backed up from the Alex Fraser bridge.
Eastbound traffic on Highway 91 is also slow through the S-curve.
