A vehicle incident along the East-West Connector in Richmond is now clear, however, drivers should still expect delays.
According to Drive BC, there was a crash on Highway 91 at No. 9 Road which blocked the westbound, left lane.
While the incident has been cleared, drivers are being asked to drive carefully and expect delays.
As of about 9 a.m., traffic is slow onto and over the Alex Fraser Bridge.
