A police incident has the Westminster Highway exit at the off-ramp from Highway 91 blocked off on Monday afternoon.
According to Drive BC, the police incident is happening between Boundary Road and Westminster Highway.
Access to the Westminster Highway overpass from the eastbound exit ramp is also blocked.
Westbound traffic on Highway 91 is backed up to Highway 91A.
