Drivers heading out of Richmond via the Massey Tunnel should expect delays Wednesday morning.
There are reports of a stalled truck on Highway 99 southbound just before Steveston Highway, which is blocking the left lane.
Traffic is heavy from about Blundell Road as of around 8:15 a.m.
