A Richmond non-profit is handing out four bursaries to Grade 12 students to help them pursue post-secondary education in the Lower Mainland.
The Community Mental Wellness Association of Canada (CMWAC), a non-profit providing mental health education and information, has launched a bursary program to assist talented and ambitious students who need financial aid to pursue post-secondary education in either psychology or health sciences majors.
Four high school grads - Celine Wong, Isabel Huang, Tasneet Suri, and Michelle Ho - will be awarded their $500 bursaries at the organization’s upcoming AGM.
