Oak St Bridge stall cleared but Hwy 99 traffic still heavy

Northbound rush hour traffic is tailing all the way back on Highway 99 to the Westminster Highway off ramp

A stall on the south side of the Oak Street Bridge is slowing northbound traffic on the 99BC Highway Cams

A northbound stall on the Richmond side of the Oak Street Bridge has been cleared but traffic is still backed up to past Highway 91.

The stall was at the south end of the bridge and was blocking the right lane.

Drivers are being advised to avoid the area for the time being.
