A few Richmondites asking questions on social media why their favourite Starbucks has closed now have the answer.
A spokesperson for Starbucks Canada confirmed to Richmond News that the Ironwood café is temporarily closed for renovations and will be re-opening Nov. 11.
The Seattle-based coffee giant announced earlier in January that it planned to close up to 300 stores across the country by March of 2021 as part of its next phase of store transformation, including the permanent closure of Terra Nova Starbucks.
