Coun. Alexa Loo represents all that is wrong with the City of Richmond.
Her attitude to the need for rentals for Richmond citizens — for the average-income and low-income earner — is so patronising, saying one week it’s rentals and the next week community centres.
How dare citizens demand places to live or amenities? They should just be grateful for the beautiful high-rises the wonderful developers build, even if they’re half empty!
