Dear Editor,
As a newcomer, this October I hoped to see greater inclusion towards the Hispanic culture in the City of Richmond.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find social programs that help spread our beautiful traditions.
It would be great if next year the government would create an initiative to show the multiculturalism of Hispanics who are living on this great city.
Each year, this would generate more impact representative for all.
