An unclaimed Lotto 6/49 ticket bought in Richmond will expire on April 6.

A lottery ticket bought in Richmond worth $500,000 has not been claimed and is set to expire in early April.

BC Lottery Corporation is encouraging anyone who bought a ticket last April 6 (2024) to check their wallets, glove compartments and jacket pockets to see if they’re holding the winning Lotto 6/49 Extra ticket that matched 4/4 Extra numbers.

Lottery prize winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to claim their prize.

The specific retail location where the winning lottery ticket was bought and the lottery winner’s name will be announced after the winner has claimed the prize.

Winning numbers and group release forms can be found online at www.bclc.com.

Players can also check their lottery tickets on iOS and Android devices with the BCLC Lotto app.
