Richmond Rockets president Alexander Teh thanked all competitors, their families and all the volunteers who made this BC Cup the largest competition on record.

"With 164 qualified skaters, it was very gratifying to host this many deserving skaters and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of the community and the Richmond Olympic Oval, our generous sponsors and donors,” Teh said.

"Congratulations to our medalists and to all our athletes who qualified and competed in the 2024 BC Cup of Speed Skating."
