An earlier collision on southbound Highway 99 has been cleared.
According a Twitter post, a collision in the right lane on Highway 99 southbound, just before the Steveston Highway exit, was causing traffic to be backed up.
Southbound traffic was backed up to Westminster Highway, but has since been cleared up.
