More snow is on the way for Richmond this weekend, according to the forecast from Environment Canada.
The weather agency is predicting a 60 per cent chance of flurries Saturday night through to Sunday night at its station at Vancouver International Airport.
However, come Monday and Tuesday, those “flurries” are expected to turn to periods of snow.
The longer-range forecast from The Weather Network calls for more snow next week, right through to Friday, Dec. 23.
That snow is forecast to turn to rain by Christmas Day, slimming the chances of a “white Christmas,” which is defined by snow actually falling on Dec. 25 at YVR.
