A power outage in the Olympic Oval and city center area in Richmond is affecting more 3,000 BC Hydro customers on Tuesday evening.
According to BC Hydro's outage map, 3,376 customers in the area east of No 1 Road, west of River River Road, north of Westminster Highway and south of Inglis Drive is affected.
City of Richmond announced Minoru Centre for Active Living and nearby facilities are also closed due to the outage.
Power has been out since 6:10 p.m. and the cause is under investigation.
Crews have been assigned, but not estimated time of when power will return.
