Banners by 10 artists will start going up around the city centre and main intersections in Richmond after a competition that saw 400 submissions.
The street banner winners will be revealed by Mayor Malcolm Brodie on Monday at 7 p.m. at city hall at the council meeting.
A panel of volunteers chose 20 semi-finalists and then the community was able to vote for the top 10.
All the submissions are original images and reflect key words about the city: Island City, transportation, active living, the arts, city centre, heritage, urban farming, waterfront, nature and culture.
