Night-time closures extended another week on Canada Line

Despite signs saying night-time closures end March 2, they will continue until March 10 with the Canada Line terminating at Bridgeport Station.

Despite signs saying night-time Canada Line restrictions are ending Thursday night, they will continue until March 10.

A TransLink spokesperson confirmed train disruptions - due to construction work on the new Capstan Canada Line Station - will continue Monday to Friday until March 10.

During this time, trains will terminate at 9:30 p.m. at Bridgeport Station.

Buses are set up to take passengers the rest of the route, stopping at each impacted station - Aberdeen, Lansdowne, and Richmond–Brighouse. 

Buses will run about every 10 minutes.

TransLink confirmed it is updating its signs to indicate night-time service will be restricted until March 10.
