Richmondites woke up to snowy, cold Monday morning, but the school district has decided to keep schools open.
An early morning tweet from the Richmond School District confirmed that public schools won't close on Jan. 13.

Environment Canada is forecasting light flurries throughout the day. The temperature was expected to hover around -4 degrees Celsius, but the windchill would make it feel like -11 degrees Celsius.
