Richmond News reader Ishbel Kennedy thought she was walking next to the wrong river on Wednesday, when she noticed a BC Ferries vessel sailing along the south arm of the Fraser River.
Kennedy rightly assumed the vessel had just left BC Ferries’ maintenance dock further up river, and was en route to one of its ferry terminals.
