A two-hour rain delay didn’t dampen the spirits of the competitors and spectators at the Richmond BC Pickleball Association (RBCPA) Charity Tournament last weekend.
The mixed doubles event - a round-robin format with a single-elimination playoff round – had 16 teams at each division skill level.
A maximum of 64 players took part with a minimum of four games, including three round-robin games and one playoff game.
Proceeds from the overall tournament series will be donated to the KidSport Richmond BC charity.
