Richmond drivers planning to take Highway 99 northbound from Steveston Highway should plan an alternate route on Wednesday morning.
The on-ramp from Steveston Highway to northbound Highway 99 is closed due to heavy pooling water, according to DriveBC.
Eastbound Steveston Highway traffic is currently backed up to Coppersmith Place.
