A downed wire has turned off the lights for nearly 2,000 BC Hydro customers in Richmond on Thursday.
The outage affects the area north of Leslie Road, south of Patterson Road, east of No. 3 Road and west of No. 4 Road, according to BC Hydro.
The power has been off since 11:15 a.m. and affects 1,982 customers.
Crews are currently on site, and BC Hydro estimates the power will be back on at 4 p.m.
