The southbound lanes of the Arthur Laing Bridge has re-opened.
Motorists planning to enter Richmond from Vancouver via the Arthur Laing Bridge were asked to make a detour on Sunday afternoon.
According to a Twitter post, the south end of the southbound side of the aforementioned bridge was blocked off.
Southbound traffic onto Arthur Laing Bridge was backed up to SW Marine Drive as well as past West 64th Avenue on southbound Granville Street.
Meanwhile, eastbound traffic on Grant McConachie Way was also slow from Russ Baker Way due to a separate accident.
