Grimwood Manor Halloween experience in Delta.

Nothing screams Halloween more than a haunted house during the spooky season.

Richmond business owner Jonny Soroka of Jonny's Towing is hosting a haunted "Grimwood Manor" event in Delta to celebrate Halloween from Oct. 28 to 30.

Visitors can expect to walk through twisted trees and haunting fog with themed zones featuring skeletons, a graveyard, unique photo opportunities and even a 12-foot skeleton.

Soroka said the event is a way to bring the community together for a family-friendly Halloween experience.

"During this Halloween season, we hope to provide a memorable experience filled with excitement and spookiness," said Soroka.

"We aim to foster a sense of community and togetherness through interactive attractions and engaging displays that everyone can enjoy."

While tickets are free, Soroka is hoping visitors will make donations. Fifty per cent of proceeds from the tickets will go directly to the Delta Farmland and Wildlife Trust to support local farmers.

The remaining 50 per cent of the donations will be used for future holiday events by Soroka.

"Every contribution, no matter the size, helps preserve local agriculture and Wildlife while also ensuring we can keep creating fun, meaningful events that bring our community closer."

Grimwood Manor is being held at 7225 Ladner Trunk Rd. The entrance is right after the 17 overpass, past the lights and the first driveway on the left if coming from Ladner. It will be on the right-hand side before the overpass on the right before the lights if you're coming from Surrey.
