Richmond hits 18C in first week of November

Richmond City Centre is seeing temperatures hitting as high as 18C.

Richmond is seeing warmer weather than expected for November.

Despite a forecast of 99 per cent precipitation for Thursday, Nov. 2, Richmond City Centre and East Richmond are both enjoying a sunny day with temperatures hitting a high of 18C, according to Weatherhood.

On the same day last year, Richmond's temperature was only 9C with an overall high of 12C for the month of November.

Other areas of Richmond including Steveston Village and Steveston Harbour is seeing temperature of 13C and 15C, respectively.

Meanwhile, Terra Nova is the coldest neighbourhood in the city at 9C.
